Booking Policies
Thank you for choosing BALENCED Mobile Massage Therapy. These policies are designed to ensure a seamless experience for all clients while respecting treatment time, travel commitments, and scheduling availability.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
Same-Day Appointments
Same-day appointments are welcome and subject to availability.
Appointment availability may vary based on location, travel time, and existing bookings. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, same-day bookings cannot be guaranteed.
Booking Requirements
To confirm your appointment, the following information is required:
Full name
Phone number
Service address, including unit number, gate codes, or concierge instructions if applicable
Number of clients receiving treatment
A valid credit card on file or a 50% deposit
Appointments are not considered confirmed until all required information has been received and your deposit or card information has been secured.
Deposits & Payment
A 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your treatment fee.
The remaining balance is due at the completion of your appointment.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, e-transfer, cash, and PayPal.
Receipts for extended health benefits are provided following your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before your appointment may be made without charge.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost.
Clients who do not attend their appointment or are unavailable upon arrival may be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
Cancellation fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked.
Travel Policy
Appointments located more than 15 km outside the primary service area require a minimum 90-minute treatment booking.
Additional travel fees may apply for appointments outside the standard service area.
To maximize availability and minimize travel times, appointments may be grouped by geographic area.
